This is an independently invented therapy.

The maxim of all Upanishads and Yoga philosophy is:

“Yad Ihastim Tad Anyatram, Yad Nehastim Tad Anyatram Kvachitam”

Each human being is a microcosm, so the maxim says:
“All that is here is every where, that which is not here is no where”

Narendra created this new therapy, after passing several years in Europe and handling serious psychiatric cases in early 1980s.

The individuals were suffering from acute depression, paranoid, early schizophrenic stage, sexuality issues (blockage and excessive), incest problems etc.

After self-discipline, practice and analytical studies for more than 25 years, the therapy is formatted, based on Yoga, teachings of Upanishad, Darshanas - Six vedic schools of Philosophy,Tantra philosophy, Kashmir Shaivism and western psychology.

Narendra knows Languages: English, French, some German, Hindi and some Sanskrit.

All schools of Vedic philosophy teach the understanding of nature of being, cause of existence, knowledge and freedom.

 Mandukya Upanishad

2nd Sutra says: All this is verily, Brahman. This self is Brahman. This same self has four quarters.

The Shiva Sutras

1.7th Sutra says about those four states of Consciousness:  Even during waking, sleep, and deep sleep one can experience the fourth state (transcending consciousness).

Eastern and Western Sexuality:

“The Christian view that sexual acts were, on the whole, evil in themselves and the Greek view that they were goods, natural and necessary, though subject to abuse. As a result, instead of the Christian moral code forbidding most forms of sexual activity (and severely restricting the rest), the ancient Greeks emphasized the proper use (chresis) of pleasures, where this involved engaging in the full range of sexual activities (heterosexual, homosexual, in marriage, out of marriage), but with proper moderation.”

(Michel Foucault - History of Sexuality, 3 volumes: Introduction, The Uses of Pleasure, and Care of the Self, translated by Robert Hurley, New York: Vintage Books, 1988-90).

Those early thoughts on sexuality created considerable injustice against women. Further, the individuals were extremely conditioned, which resulted in repression and guilt, leading many confusions and conflicts in the mind of western people.
In Freud's classic theory, erotic energy is allowed a limited amount of expression, due to constraints of human society.

Sublimation is the method of converting libido into generally practical achievements, mainly art. Psychoanalysts habitually submit sublimation as the only really thriving resistance mechanism.
Sexual sublimation, also known as sexual transmutation, is the attempt among some religious traditions to transform sexual energy into creativity, thereby facilitating a mystical awakening.

In psychology, sublimation is the transference of sexual energy, or libido, into a physical act. Philosophical schools in India put forward transformation of sexual energy into creativity, thus make it possible for a spiritual development.

The ancient Indian philosophers had taken the sexuality to its highest divine meaning and enlightened people with practical methods of sexual act that not only gives pleasure but also, through pleasure, the divine knowledge.

 Vijnanabhairava Tantra (Kashmira Shaivism

46th Sutra says:. The delight of orgasm is the delight of Brahman.

47th Sutra says:. Meditate on the delight of sexual union.

68th: Sutra says:  When you practice a sex ceremony, let thought reside in the shaking of your senses like wind in the leaves, and attain the celestial bliss of ecstatic love.

70th Sutra says: O goddess! The sensual pleasure of the intimate bliss of union can be reproduced at any moment by the radiant presence of the mind which remembers intensely this pleasure.

71th Sutra says: When you meet again with a loved one, be in this bliss totally and penetrate the luminous space.

We can not apply Mantras and Sutras to all and certainly not for those under distress and afflictions.

Individuals, who are suffering from certain mental disorders or morally low, need to be guided and treated with maximum care and affection.

The afflictions like depression, paranoid, early schizophrenic stage, sexuality issues (blockage and excessive), repression, abuse, incest etc, should be removed or overcome by clear under standing of cause or several causes which produced such disturbing effects in the life of each one of these individuals.

Six Classical Schools of Vedic Philosophy called “SadDarshana”.
Darshana means ‘viewpoint’.

These six “viewpoints” or Darshanas are: Nyaya, Vaisesikha, Sankhya, Yoga, Purva Mimansa and Uttara Mimansa or Vedanta

Nyaya-Vaisesikha attaches a lot of importance to matter. They believe Atman to be the only non-material entity, while the rest is jada and represents the various phases of matter.

Sankhya-Yoga traces the manifested world to an unmanifested ground Prakrti, which is conceived as formless and undifferentiated. Sankhya talks of Purusa while Yoga terms it Isvara.

The Purva Mimamsakas do agree with the Nyaya-Vaisesikha as far the theory of atoms and adrasta (Unseen or invisible) is concerned. They postulate a potency or causal energy sakti native to all things in the universe.

Uttara Mimansa or Vedanta believes Maya to be the material cause of the world. Maya is said to be the power of Brahman

The other schools like Kasmir Saivism, Tantrism, Jainism, Buddhism and Carvaka are considered to be non-Brahmanical, though Kasmir Saivism and Tantrism accept the authority of Vedas, their esoteric and occult ideas kept them away from the classical and Brahmanical schools of thought.
Kashmir Saiva philosophy also known as Trika philosophy, teaches certain methods known as Pratyabhijna, which means realizing individual self as Universal Self.

These philosophical system expounded doctrines of ‘Causal Connections’ or cause and effect relation, which can be interpreted for individual life, from past to present condition.

These are Parinamavadaor Satkaryavada by Sankhya-Yoga, which means ‘Existence of Effect in the cause’. In other words, Cause potentially contains Effect.

The Asatkaryavada of Nyaya-Vaisesikha says ‘Non-Existence of Effect in the Cause’. In other words, the Effect is not directly produced by thje Cuse but it is a conglomeration several Cause and Effect relation braught out a particular Effect. Example, since childhood till today all those events becoming number of Causes for the individuals present condition which the Effect.

Vivartavada of Vedanta, meaning “Temporary transformation of Cause into Effect”, says that there is a constant change going on in the phenomenal world. The nature of effects is entirely different. Only one Reality Brahman exists and the entire universe, which is merely an imposition upon that unchanging Reality.

Kashmir Saivism says, Pratibimbavada, which means “Effect is merely a Reflection of Cause”. In other words, the universe is reflected in the mirror of consciousness, not in the organs, nor in the five gross elements. In consciousness, however, you see only the reflected thing and not anything that is reflected. That which is reflected (bimba) is, in fact, Svatantrya (absolute independent freedom of Lord Shiva).
"This whole universe is the reflection of Svatantrya in God Consciousness."
Svatantrya is the mirror. Svatantrya, the absolutely independent will of Pure Consciousness, is the cause of this reflection.
In this causality, svatantrya is the formal cause, not the material cause of the reflection.
There is no cause which could be separate from Pure Consciousness. It is Pure Consciousness in free will, that Pure Consciousness wills, and what Pure Consciousness wills appears in the mirror of Consciousness. It is simply Pure Consciousness will (svatantrya). In reality, only the reflection exists and not anything that is reflected.

The Philotherapy is applied for the individuals suffering from following disorders.

The life in disorder cases:

1: Depressive disorder, known as "depression," disruption of life, appetite, sleep, work, and relationships.

The symptoms are:

Decreased interest or pleasure in usual activities or hobbies
Loss of energy, feeling tired without real activity, constant feelings of sadness, irritability, or tension,Feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness, or guilt.

 Sexual abuse and violence

Sexual abuse is common in abusive relationships: The National Coalition against Domestic Violence reports that between one-third and one-half of all battered women are raped by their partners at least once during their relationship. Any situation in which force is used to obtain participation in unwanted, unsafe, or degrading sexual activity constitutes sexual abuse. Forced sex, even by a spouse or intimate partner with whom consensual sex has occurred, is an act of aggression and violence. Furthermore, women whose partners abuse them physically and sexually are at a higher risk of being seriously injured.

Forced and arranged early marriage is also one of the most important reasons why woman suffer. With forced marriage all other acts with the husband is under compulsion and that includes sexual relation, forced pregnancy and aggressive at his will sexual intercourse, as if it is her duty to accept.

Domestic violence against women is a vital health problem, that not only robs the state of its most important resources, but also diminishes the over all quality of human life.

In all above cases, children are most affected. They become emotionally disturbed but keep watching their mother's plight.

This results into loss of concentration in studies and depression. Some may develope aggressivity and violance in their behavior.

Suicidal tendency

Severe depression can led to suicidal thoughts and behavior. A repressed person suffering from depression often feels trap and doesn't see a healthy way to escape the situation. She may feel that death is the only feasible way to get out of the situation.
“Remember: The development of Depression, personality disorders and other malfunctions are your body's compromising mechanism for adjusting to and coping with the accumulation of toxic pain. The antidote is a full and complete emotional discharge of your pain.”

Sexual repression is a state in which a person is prevented from expressing their sexuality. Sexual repression is often associated with feelings of guilt or shame being associated with sexual impulses. What constitutes sexual repression is subjective and can vary greatly between cultures and moral systems.

Narendra had found that personal attention and individual self expression of painful experiences  has positive effect. With some supervised exercises, the patient gradually picks up active life. The results of course vary from person to person.
